I will not pay any kind of tuition fee to the tutor without giving prior information “ Concept Home Tutorial Service”. And if I do so “ Concept Home Tutorial Service” will not be responsible for the paid amount.
If tuition is discontinued by the parents/student (Whatsoever the reason/may be …), full month payment would be given to “ Concept Home Tutorial Service”.
I will take my classes professionally & seriously and will not be over friendly with the tutor.
I will not bestow any new tuition / student directly to the tutor rather I will entrust it to “ Concept Home Tutorial Service” as goo will gesture.*
I will call to immediately in case of any problem / inconvenience regarding the services.
I will not mistreat with the tutor and any employee of “ Concept Home Tutorial Service” by any means what so ever.If the Guardian issue the cheque against the tuition fee and the cheque gets returned
Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions for Parents/Student :
(Does not get clear) due to NSF (Non Sufficient Fund) as a cheque returned and inconvenient charges along with the tuition fee and after that entire amount would be acceptable in cash only. Once the Cheque returns from the bank, the classes would be discontinued automatically. Kindly make a note that the Organization doesn’t redeposit the Cheque/s in the bank at any circumstances.
The Guardian will pay one month tuition fee as a deposit amount fee as a deposit amount along with the quarterly/half yearly/yearly tuition fee at the time of registration through Cash / Cheque / Online.
In case of Cheque/s payment, kindly make a note that “ Concept Home Tutorial Services” does not places the tutor until the Cheque gets clear of complete contract.
The tutor would be placed within a week from the date of registration and complete contract tuition fee received the “ Concept Home Tutorial Services” But in some cases it may take time more than a week (could be due to access demands of the tutors by the guardian) and the guardian must cooperate. For any issue regarding the tutoring services, the guardian must call to “Concept Home Tutorial Services” (a) You need to mail a copy of job Transfer Letter released by the related department and school’s transfer certificate at Concepthometutorial@gmail.com “ Concept Home Tutorial Services” is solely available to serve you better. Hence we will try its level best to provide the tutor as soon as possible.
The guardian should not bestow any new tuition to the tutor directly. If the guardian is found to do so, the tutor would be discontinued permanently and the paid fee wouldn’t be refunded at any circumstances because this is an affair of security /safety of any guardians and it spoils/defames the organization’s reputation also and “Concept Home Tutorial Services” expects from guardian to get such references of new student/s by providing you better tutoring services. If the tutor offers to the guardian to give / take such classes separately/directly, then the guardian needs to report this to “Concept Home Tutorial Services”.
If guardian is not satisfied with the placed tutor (whatsoever the reason/s may be…) then you may call to “Concept Home Tutorial Services” to replace the tutor. We will replace the tutor as soon as possible on your request. If the guardian is not satisfied with the second tutor also then “Concept Home Tutorial Services” reserves all the rights to replace the third tutor. At least, just in case of dissatisfactions with all the replaced tutors (which rarely happens so for….) the money would be refunded after deducting the running month tuition fee. But for that, guardian needs to give genuine reason/s of dissatisfactions. If is being informed that refund process may take at least fifteen days time from the date of contract cancellation.
The deposited amount is refundable / adjustable in the end of the session only. If the deposited amount is being refunded / adjusted as a tuition fee in the middle of the session, the registration of the student / would be cancelled automatically. But the guardian must inform to “Concept Home Tutorial Services” before 15 days in order to get refund of deposit amount.
If the tutor is not maintaining the attendance sheet regularly or he / she is mentioning the false time schedule or not coming regularly/punctulally etc., the guardian need to report this to the Regional Office immediately.
The guardian will make the payment for the next quarter / half-year / yearly tuition fee before the last week of running quarter / half-year / yearly.
All the important Terms & Conditions including the tuition fee got finalized between guardians and “Concept Home Tutorial Services” must not be disclosed with the tutor at any circumstances. If the tutor asks and keeps such zest to know about it, the guardian must report this immediately.
In case of Job transfer : If the guardian of the student gets transfer to any other City and taking transfer certificate from the school/college, the paid fee/PDC (Post Dated Cheque) would be refunded / returned as per the following terms & conditions :- Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions for Parents/Student :
Registration fee is non-refundable at any circumstance and valid for the running session/class only. Kindly make a note that registration fee is just for tutoring service and this is not for any Study Material, Test Papers and Sample Paper. (b) “Concept Home Tutorial Services” doesn’t provide the tutoring services where you are getting transfer or taking admission in the school. But in these cases, running month tuition fee would be deducted at any circumstances.
The amount would be transferred in the guardian’s bank account or would be issued a PDC (Post Dated Cheque). The total time process may take up to 15 days from the date of contract cancellation.
Guardian must mail us cooncepthometutorial@gmail.com at least 15 days ago in order to cancel the tutoring. services permanently (Whatsoever the reason/s may be..) kindly make a note that registration is processed / done. But in case of package, minimum 35% of package tuition fee would be deducted apart from the classes have taken by the tutor.
Tuition Fee For : (b) Olympiads/NTSE/KVPY/IIT-JEE/NEET-(U.G) or any other competitive level exams are higher than the academic class tuition fee. (a) Short term is always more than the long term tuition fee in ratio.
Tuition Fee Details : Tuition fee vary on the class, location of the tuition class, Board of the school/University fo the college, level of the candidate, syllabus covered by the candidate, requirements of the Guardian number of weekly classes required and time duration. Kindly make a note that the normal class duration is 1 hour per class and if the guardian require more time duration the charges will increase apply as per the requirements. Kindly make an note that the guardian can’t force the tutor to take the class beyond of deal.
If the student goes out off the city or unable to take the class, he/she must inform to “CONCEPT HOME TUTORIAL SERVICES” and to the tutor both. But after visiting the tutor at the tuition place, the class would be counted at any circumstances. Kindly make a note that guardian must inform to the tutor at least a day ago in order to cancel the next class.
